UPDATE: Golden Alert cancelled after Corbin man found safe

UPDATE: At 3:45 p.m., Laurel County Sheriff John Root reported that 52-year-old Jimmy R. Brock, who has been missing since Thursday, was located, safe and sound.

 

 Laurel County Sheriff John Root is asking the public to be on the lookout for an older man who first reported missing Friday morning from his apartment in north Corbin

Root stated that 52-year-old Jimmy R. Brock was last seen at Feltner Apartments American Greeting Card Road near the comp care center Thursday.

No picture is available.

However, Brock is described as white, 5’10”, 170 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes.

No vehicle is involved.

“This subject has no family in the area,” Root stated.

Brock reportedly has a medical condition requiring daily medication.
