Alffie Lee Bolton

Alffie Lee Bowman Bolton, age 75, of Clairfield, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at her home. She was born June 22, 1946 in Middlesboro, Kentucky.
Alffie is preceded in death by husband, Rev. Jimmy Ray Bowman; daughter, Shelle Jo Ellison; granddaughter, Jessica Bowman; father, George Maiden; mother, Mary Lee Pennington Osborne; sisters, Joann Cox and Francis King.
She is survived by husband, Rev. Delmus Bolton; children, Mary Jean King, Jimmy Ray “Jimbo” Bowman, Jr. and Vanessa, Linda Gail and Rocky Waldroop, Eddie Joe Bolton. Delbert and Tammy Bolton, Calvin Bolton, Debbie and Stanley Ridenour, Lewis Bolton, Delmus Bolton, Jr. and Heather; grandson raised as her son, Rev. Andrew Hamblin and Taylor; 55 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Lonas Ray Pennington; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
The funeral service was held on Sunday, August 29 at the New Rock Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Ray Woods officiating.
Burial followed in the Jimmy Bowman Cemetery (Clairfield).
