Mahan - Paul recently united in marriage
On Sunday, May 15, 2016, Samantha Mahan and Patrick Paul were united in marriage in an outside ceremony, surrounded by their friends and family.
Samantha’s grandfather, Noah Mahan walked her down the aisle and gave her hand in marriage.
Samantha, who is a Whitley County High School graduate, is the daughter of Norma Mahan Bodine of Corbin and Noah Mahan of Williamsburg. She currently works at Sonny’s BBQ in Corbin.
Patrick, who is also a Whitley County High School graduate, is the son of Danny Allen and Lola Paul of Rockholds, and currently works at TCO in Corbin.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lay, of the Mossy Gap Community, Williamsburg, and Mrs. Betty Jones, of Pineville, wish to announce the recent marriage of their children, Bethany Laurel Hope Lay and Albert Dewayne Saunders.
Hope and Albert were united in marriage on Saturday, the twenty-first day of May, Two Thousand and Sixteen at the Calvary Baptist Church, located on Hwy 92 East in Pineville, KY.
A reception for friends and family followed the union.

Terry - Senters exchange marriage vows
Bonnie D. Terry, of Corbin, and Ronnie Senters, of Williamsburg, exchanged marriage vows in a celebration of love, surrounded by friends and family on Saturday, May 21st at the Highland Park Baptist Church in Williamsburg.

Roses celebrate 60th Anniversary
Earl and Shirley (Moses) Rose of Williamsburg celebrated 60 years of marriage on February 23. 2016.
They celebrated with a weekend in Gatlinburg with their daughter and son-in-law, grandson and other close family. After marriage they moved to Cleveland, OH, where they lived for 25 years. They then moved back home to the Wolf Creek Community where they continue to enjoy life.

Ray and Marjorie (Jones) Pfoff were married in 1946 in Whitley County. They lived most of their life together in Rockholds, KY, where they owned Pfoff’s Grocery and Pfoff’s Hardware.
They attended church at Rockholds Methodist Church and Piney Grove Methodist.
The Pfoffs celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary with their family and their church family at Eggleston Methodist Church in Independence, KY.
Ray and Marjorie have two daughters, Rhonda Pfoff Stafford (Bill) and Donna Paul (Garry). Four grandchildren, Maribeth Stafford, Adam Reynolds (April), Angie Hall (Todd) and Sherry Paul.
