Clarence Edward Blakley, 74, of Williamsburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Baptist Health of Corbin, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service hour on Friday March 18, at Croley Funeral Home.
The Memorial Service will be at 3 p.m. Friday, March 18, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
