Cleda Caddell

Cleda Caddell, age 59, of Williamsburg, Ky., passed away Saturday July 5, 2025 at her home. She was born November 30, 1965 in Williamsburg, Ky. to the late Steve Sr. and Beddie Shears McVay. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Nannie Early, Brenda McVay, Ettia Lee Davis, Bertha Jones; five brothers, Henry, George, Cleo, Tommie and Steve McVay Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Caddell of Williamsburg, Ky; six children, Brenda Rains, Felicia McVay, Justin Reed, Jessica Reed, Caleb Reed and Bert Jones; one grandson, Kayden Silcox; two sisters, Evelyn Lay of Georgia, Linda Baker of Williamsburg, Ky; four brothers, Allen McVay of Toledo, Ohio, Robert McVay, Emmanuel McVay and Clayton Brown all of Williamsburg, Ky; several nieces, nephews; and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 9, at Ellison Funeral Home with Rev. Marion Cook officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery
Visitation will be 6:00 pm Tuesday, July 8, at the funeral home.
