Corbin ends district play on a high note

Friday night the Corbin Redhounds and Lady Hounds hosted district rival Whitley County in boys/girls double header action.

The Corbin boys team won by a score of 74-46, and the girls team prevented an 0-3 record against the Lady Colonels in 2013-14 by winning, 65-57. Read on for stats…

Also in action Friday was the Williamsburg Yellow Jackets and Lady Jackets. The boys won 78-33 on the road against Evangel Christian, while the girls lost a game at home against Harlan.

The Lynn Camp Wildcats attempted to extend their current winning streak to 5 at Casey County, but wound up on the losing end, 66-37.
