Cupp pleads guilty to pipe bomb related charges, getting five years

A Williamsburg man is facing a March 15 sentencing hearing after pleading guilty last week to possessing pipe bombs during a Dec. 15, 2019 incident.

Whitley County Sheriff’s deputies found two pipe bombs at the home of Leroy Cupp.
