David Jeffrey Partin, M.D., 40, of Harps Creek Road, Siler departed this life on Monday, December 31, 2018 at his home.
He was born on June 8, 1978 in Pineville, Kentucky to Johnny Partin and the late Shirley Sue (Mahan) Partin.
David attended Whitley County High School, Cumberland College, University of Kentucky Research and the University of Louisville Medical School. He received his Master’s Degree Rank I from Union College. He was a member of Anthras Baptist Church.
He is survived by his father, Rev. Johnny Partin of Siler; two brothers, Dana Ray Partin (Melody) of Siler and Jimmy Lee Partin of Atlanta, GA; niece and nephew, Kayla Fox and Eddie Reed Partin; great niece and nephews, Max, Mallori and Kash Fox; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Graveside services were held Friday, January 4, 2019 at the Goins Cemetery at Beechbottom Church in Siler. Rev. Ronnie Rose and Rev. Dana Akins will be officiating.
