Deputies administer NARCAN to unidentified individual, Kelly charged with trafficking heroin and methamphetamine

A Corbin man is facing charges of trafficking heroin and methamphetamine after Laurel County Sheriff’s deputies located more than two grams of heroin and more than 27 grams of meth at his residence early Tuesday morning.
