Edward “Tuffy” Waldroop

Edward “Tuffy” Waldroop, age 85, of Elsmere, Kentucky departed from his earthly home on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born in Valley Creek, Tennessee on December 17, 1936 to the late William and Martha Partin Waldroop.
Edward is preceded in death by brothers, William, Estel, Earl and Lawrence Waldroop; and sister, Naomi Hatfield.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce “Jackie” Parrott Waldroop; daughter, Debbie Waldroop; son, Keith Waldroop; grandchildren, Bethany and husband Scott Adkins, and Jacob Waldroop; great-granddaughter, Harlee Adkins; brothers, Lonnie Waldroop and Donnie Waldroop; sisters, Reba Lawson and Shirley England; and host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
The funeral was Sunday, May 15, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lonnie Lyke and Rev. Stephen Loveday officiating.
Burial was Monday, May 16, in the Douglas Cemetery in the Wooldridge Community.
