Field at Miller Park named in honor of Eli Hill

There weren’t a lot of dry eyes at Monday’s Corbin City Commission meeting, as the commission voted to name a ball field at the newly renovated Miller Park in honor of a Corbin boy, who died during a freak accident earlier this year.

The parents of Eli Hill addressed the Corbin City Commission Monday thanking them for naming a ball field in his honor.

The Corbin City Commission voted to name the first field, as you enter the park, the Eli Hill Field.
