Frances Williams, 72, of Corbin, passed away on Sunday September 3, 2017 at Rockcastle Regional Hoptial in Mt. Vernon.

She was born in Corbin, and was a retired employee of over 27 years from American Greetings. She was a member of South Park Baptist Church in Corbin.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Bill Farmer and Mary Yates Farmer, sisters, Annamae Bennett and Cannavae Curtis, and by her brothers, George, Homer, and Bill Farmer.

She is survived by her husband, Bert Williams; son, Gerald Williams and wife Jennifer; granddaughters, Brittany and Caitlyn Williams; brother, Rossie Farmer and wife Frances; and by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services were held Friday, September 8, at South Park Baptist Church in Corbin with Rev. Steve Cole officiating.

Entombment followed in Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy.
