Gene and Beverly Scott celebrate Golden Anniversary

The children of Dr. and Mrs. Gene W. Scott wish to announce their parents’ upcoming 50th wedding anniversary.
Gene and Beverly were married on August 26, 1955 in Memphis, Tennessee. They are the parents of two daughters, Mrs. Dwight Jones (Kathy) of Williamsburg and Mrs. Choya Grow (Jennifer) of Lexington. The couple has six grandchildren, Stephanie, Lindsay, Matthew, Eddie, Amy, and Shelby.
Dr. and Mrs. Scott have made their home in Williamsburg for the past 41 years where Dr. Scott served the community as a family physician for more than thirty years. They are active members of the First United Methodist Church of Williamsburg.
The couple’s children and family will be joining them in celebration of this momentous occasion.
