Havens sentenced to 12 years in prison, prosecutors seek $661,000 in restitution

A Whitley County man received a 12-year prison sentence last week on various receiving stolen property and possession of a gun by a convicted felon charges, but it remains to be seen how much he will have to pay of the $661,000 in restitution that prosecutors are seeking.
