Intermittent rolling roadblocks scheduled for I-75 in Laurel/Whitley Counties this Week

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists intermittent rolling roadblocks continue this week on I-75 northbound and southbound lanes (mile points 23.2-28.9) in Laurel/Whitley counties.

The intermittent rolling roadblocks will take place Monday through Friday this week from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. They are needed to due to blasting operations.

Motorists are advised to expect delays, use caution during this period and be aware of signage, road crews and other drivers.

The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur. Motorists can access travel and traffic conditions at http://goky.ky.gov or contribute their own reports at www.waze.com or via the Waze mobile application.
