Jackie McCullah, 55, of Williamsburg, departed this life on Monday, December 31, 2018 in Louisville.
He was born on January 16, 1963 to the late Jack McCullah and Betty (Bowlin) McCullah.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Terry Bunch, Eddie Bunch, and Anthony Scott McCullah; and grandmothers, Nellie McCullah and Geneva Croley.
He is survived by four children, Sherry Reed (Joe) of Corbin, Jamie Davis of Williamsburg, T.J. McCullah of Williamsburg, and Bradley Jack McCullah of Louisville; seven grandchildren; sister, Brandy Brough (Myron) of Defiance, OH; two brothers, Tim McCullah (Terri) of Williamsburg, and Steve McCullah (Amy) of Williamsburg; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
A Memorial Services was held Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.D. Goins and Rev. Floyd Hale officiating.
