Leslie Diane Rose Fallis, 61, of Redmile Road, Lexington, and formerly of Corbin, passed away on Monday morning at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY.
The funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon in the Mausoleum Chapel at the Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, KY. Burial followed in the Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, KY.
