Melinda Sue Johnson, 47, of Williamstown, passed away Sunday April 14, 2019, in Williamsburg.
She was born November 7, 1971 in Covington, to the late Andy Jones and Della Perkins Meadors.
Along with her father, she is preceded in death by a son Derrick Moses and her step-father Timothy Meadors.
She is survived by two sons, Corey Moses of Palm Coast, FL, Christopher Johnson (Kelsea) of Daytona, FL; five grandchildren, Zoey, Justin, Kaydence, Derrick, Trystan; mother, Della Meadors of Williamstown; two sisters, Pamela Wilder (Charles) of Williamsburg, Shirley Jones of Willington, NC; three brothers, Leslie Jones (Charity) of Williamsburg, Michael Jones (Leighann) of Kirkwood, MO, Andy Jones Jr. of Willington, NC; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services were held Thursday April 18, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Meadors officiating.
Following the service she was laid to rest in the Alsile Baptist Church Cemetery.
