Mellisia “Nadine” Frazier

Mellisia “Nadine” Frazier, 75, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Corbin Health and Rehabilitation.

Born in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Ellis Smith and Gladys Anderson Smith.

She had worked as a cashier at the former Jones Grocery and also for Walmart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Joyce Philpot; her twin babies; four brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.
Nadine is survived by four sons: Kevin “Pooch” Frazier (Billie), Keith “Toot” Frazier (Lora), Kelly Frazier (Tammy), and Kirby Frazier (Mary); ex-husband Dale Frazier; five sisters: Barbara Frazier, Brenda Smith (Bennie), Nona Parker, Joy Cupp (Conrad), and Vickie McFarland; two brothers: Charles Smith (Margie) and Wayne Smith (Teresa); 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The funeral service was held Thursday, August 23, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial was in the Smith Cemetery in Whitley County.
