The Corbin City Commission is considering creation of an outdoor “entertainment destination center” district in downtown Corbin so people could take
alcoholic drinks outside, which they purchased inside downtown restaurants, during special events.
Corbin Tourism Director Maggy Monhollen proposed creation of the outdoor entertainment center, which would be limited to a set area outside, much like the beer garden, which is set up during NIBROC.
