Sandra Lynn Steele

Sandra Lynn Steele, 69, of London, KY passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at her home.
Born at Pineville, she was a daughter of the late Carl Stanifer, Sr. and Opal Farley Stanifer of Corbin. She was also predeceased by a son, Ernest Steele, Jr. in 1983 and her husband’s parents, Frank and Maxine Steele, of Gray.
While living in Ashland, Lynn had worked as a teacher’s aide.
Lynn is survived by her husband, Ernest Steele; two children, Daryl Steele and Bambi Steele Martin, both of Frankfort; a granddaughter, Victoria Jordan and husband Adam; one sister, Vicki Morgan and husband Kelvin; a brother, Carl Stanifer, Jr. and wife Ja; brother-in-law, Jackie Steele and wife Joyce; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, March 26, at First Baptist Church of Corbin. Visitation will be from 10 until 11 am on Saturday prior to the service.
