“I think it has gone great,” said SEKJGT organizer Bill Moore. “We’ve had good turnouts for all of the events, and had some good competition going. Bobby [Kidd] and Legacy Golf Cars have given away tees and towels and divot tools. They’ve helped me with the tournaments, giving rides when needed. It’s been great having them around, and I appreciate everything that they have contributed.”
When asked about the competitors who took part in this year’s tour, Moore said, “It has been a great bunch of kids, and a great bunch of parents. The support that they give their kids in getting them here and taking care of entry fees – I just can’t say enough in appreciation to all of the parents who have come out. They’ve been very complimentary of the tour, and the relationship has been great.”
Moore said that the SEKJGT plans to be back in the summer of 2026. He encouraged those interested to keep an eye on the tour’s official Facebook page for future updates and announcements regarding competition opportunities.
