Tina Gusta Perkins, 44, of Lafollette, TN passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the family residence.
She was born November 19, 1974 in Marietta, MI.
Tina is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Reynolds Price; brother, Clarence Edward Lay, “Junior”.
She is survived by daughters, Machalla Perkins, Arabella Ayers; son, David Perkins, Jr.; two grandchildren, Conner Dean, Avery Dean; father, Clarence Edward Lay, Sr. and wife Louise; sisters, Tammy Terry, Stacy Rainwater Marlow; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
The funeral was held December 9 at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Morgan officiating.
Burial was held Monday, December 10, in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community).
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
