Uncle’s assault charge upgraded to murder in six-year-old’s death

A Williamsburg man’s charge has been upgraded from assault to murder in connection to the Feb. 26 death of his six-year-old niece, whom he accidentally hit with a vehicle.

Christopher Mullins recently had his first-degree assault charged upgraded to murder.
