Whitley Co. triple homicide case still stalled as defendant waits for psych eval

One of the three Indianapolis men accused in a 2017 Whitley County triple homicide has levied a new allegation against staff at the Whitley County Detention Center as the case continues to remain in limbo while he waits to undergo a necessary psychiatric evaluation.
