Woodbine man charged with assaulting teen with brass knuckles

A 19-year-old Woodbine man is being held in the Knox County Detention Center in lieu of a $25,000 cash bond for allegedly assaulting a juvenile with brass knuckles on New Year’s Day, according to court documents.
