Wrongful death lawsuit filed against Whitley County Detention Center

A federal wrongful death lawsuit has named the Whitley County Detention Center, its inmate healthcare provider Fast Access Healthcare PLLC and the Kentucky Department of Corrections in regards to the death of a Corbin man, who was an inmate at the detention center for about two weeks last fall.
