W’burg zoning issue likely to be dismissed after court hearing

A request filed in Whitley Circuit Court last month asking a judge to intervene regarding a decision by the Williamsburg Board of Adjustment regarding a zoning issue is expected to be dismissed following a motion hour hearing Monday.
