W’burg man charged with failing to comply with sex offender registration again

A Williamsburg man is being lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center in lieu of a $7,500 cash bond for allegedly failing to comply with sex offender registration for a second time, according to a Williamsburg Police Department release and his arrest citation.
