Police pursuit suspect waives extradition to Tennessee

A Corbin man, who allegedly led police on a vehicle pursuit from Campbell County, Tennessee, into Kentucky on Feb. 5 while he was intoxicated and driving on a tire rim for 19-plus miles, is facing charges in both states.
