Battle over NIBROC’s return to Main Street renewed at Corbin City Commission

A series of discussions concerning downtown and the potential effect moving NIBROC back to Main Street in 2017 will have on business owners resulted in a call for a vote to override the move at the Corbin City Commission meeting Monday night.
