Wanda Faye Lemery, 71, of Tidal Wave Road, Corbin departed this life on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at her home.
She was born on March 3, 1947 in Pine Knot, to the late Raymond Richmond and Madeline (Perkins) Richmond.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Tom Payne and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her two children, Casey Payne and wife Charlotte of Corbin and C. Thomas Payne and wife Monica of Hibbing, Minnesota; seven grandchildren, Ezekiel, Madana, Clara, Walker, Emory, Jackson and Madeline; great grandchild, Elbert; brother, Ray Richmond of Michigan; sister, Michelle Richmond of Michigan; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
