Paul Brock wants trial moved to Pulaski County

Whitley County Circuit Court Judge Dan Ballou said it was too early to determine whether a change of venue would be necessary in the case of a man who plead guilty to three counts of murder on the second day of his September trial and then subsequently withdrew the plea.
