Divers find ‘Cumberland College’ van that was stolen in 1996

Diver Graham Barrineau solved a 25-year-old crime Sunday when he located a van that belonged to Cumberland College in Williamsburg buried in the silt at the bottom of the Laurel River underneath the Ky. 770 bridge.
