County Judge Exec. talks equipment upgrades, road projects and more at Rotary Club meeting

Getting some upgraded equipment for the road department, working to obtain federal disaster funds, the need to expand broadband service, and improvements to the county fairgrounds were just some of the topics that Whitley County Judge Executive Pat White, Jr. addressed during a recent presentation.
