A ‘Jacket Day’ Parade: WIS students get into the spirit of Thanksgiving

Elementary students at Williamsburg Independent School held a parade around the block of the school building Tuesday morning as they were cheered on by middle school and high school students. The parade was inspired by a book titled “Balloons Over Broadway,” which details the history of the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade.
