Darlene A. Alder, 77 of Williamsburg, passed away Monday July 23, 2018 at North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell, TN.
She was born May 16, 1941 in Zelienople, Pennsylvania to the late Blair R. and Helen Kennedy Zeigler.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Alder Sr.

Tommy Gambrel, 85, of Williamsburg, husband of the late Ethel Gambrel passed away on Saturday afternoon at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.
Visitation will be at the Laurel Funeral Home from 4 p.m. until the funeral hour of 7 p.m. on Friday evening.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday evening in the Laurel Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Jerry D. Lowrie officiating.

Joyce C. Dizney, 88, of Corbin, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Baptist Health Corbin.
A native of Corbin, Joyce was a daughter of the late Curtis and Rushie Harp Lawson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Henry Allen Dizney, a son Scott Dizney, and grandson Gabe Dizney.
She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church where she helped with various church activities as long as she was able.
Joyce was a past member of the Corbin Womens Club and had worked with her parents and other family members at the Weed Laundry in Corbin.

Jimmie was a welder by trade. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and turtle hunting.

Born April 18, 1937, in Causey, KY, she was the daughter of the late Johnny and Lula Baker.
