Clarence McKiddy, 84, of Williamsburg, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017 at the Veterans Hospital in Lexington. He was the father of Robert McKiddy and Beverly Lay. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Croley Funeral Home of Williamsburg.

Albert Wayne Steele,  63,  of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at the VA Medical Center in Lexington. He is survived by his son Bruce Steele. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 23, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial followed in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Alice Faye Noble, 74, passed away at her home in Corbin on Monday, May 15, 2017. Born in Bell County, she was the daughter of the late Elbert and Sadie Fuston Hembree. She is survived by her husband James Noble; daughters Brenda Williams and Pamela Sumner; son Robert Noble; grandchildren Daniel Logan (Tara), Christopher Blake, and Lyndsey Williams; and great-grandchildren Gabriel Jennings and Caroline Logan. There will be no funeral or visitation. The family has chosen cremation. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society. Janice Lois Lebanion, 77, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Born in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Zeb Lebanion and Esther Rogers  Lebanion. She was also preceded in death by her husband Brook Hayes.  Janice had worked in Title Research for various banks, and attended the Bacon Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles McBurney; son, James McBurney and by her parents, William Baird and Elizabeth Yates Baird McKeehan. Leota is survived by her daughter-in-law and caregiver, Linda Barrett; sister, Cordia Mae Dickey; special cousins, William Ray and Ruth Rogers; and by many other relatives and friends.
