Phyllis Ann Skidmore, 59, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Baptist Health Corbin. Born in Whitley County, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Herbert Young and Wilma Martin Young. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Whippoorwill Pentecostal Church. Phyllis is survived by her husband Ralph E. Infant Brycen Ray Carr of South Hwy 25W, Williamsburg, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico, TN. He was the son of Courtney Canada and John Carr. Harold Bowling, 89, of Lakeland, FL, passed away Friday, May 12, 2017, at Lakeland Regional Hospital. He was a retired US Air Force Master Sergeant and veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. Howard McLean, 59, of Corbin passed away on  Saturday May 20, 2017 at his home. He was born in Cincinnati, OH, and loved life especially fishing and camping. Howard was preceded in death by his mother, Deloris Jefferson McLean; brothers, George, Terry, and Roy McLean. He is survived by his wife, Donna Tucker McLean; son, Howard Andrew McLean; sisters, Lisa McLean and Sue McLean; and by many family and friends, including; Danny, Preach, Al, Robbie, and Tom.
