Patsy Dean Maiden Teague, 84 of Jellico, TN passed away Monday, April 24, 2017 at the U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. She was born August 17, 1932 in Eagan, TN. She was a long-time and active member of First Baptist Church of Jellico and shared her love of music as a member of the church choir.  She enjoyed providing many social activities for the seniors at church, The Young at Heart.  For many years, she and others from the church provided a Sunday morning devotion at the Towers in Jellico. James “Homer” Monhollen, 81, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Baptist Health in Lexington. Homer had been a machinist for General Electric, was a member of Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church, was a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge, and was a U.S. Army Veteran. David Leon Pridemore, 64, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at his residence in Lily. Born in Whitley County, he was the son of the late Loren Pridemore and Buna McHargue Pridemore. He had worked in the maintenance department at American Greetings.  He loved hunting and fishing. Wilma Michelle Thorpe, 48, of Corbin passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017, at the University of Kentucky Hospital. Born June 24, 1968, in Louisville, she was the daughter of the late J.B. Philpot and Marilyn Sue Philpot who survives. She was a member of Freedom Point Church of God.  A beloved mother, she devoted her life to her children.  Her love for children extended to other people’s children, and she demonstrated that concern by volunteering many hours of service at Hunter Hills Elementary School.
