He was born April 14, 1947 in Bell County.
He was preceded in death by his mother Audie Hurst, stepfather Lawrence Hurst, and grandfather Tom Peace.
He was a Kentucky Colonel, a member of the DAV, American Legion, and the VFW.
He is survived by daughter Lisa Ponder Peace of Williamsburg, four grandchildren, Austin Ponder (Jessica), Paige Ponder, Dalton Ponder, Billie Berry all of Williamsburg, a great grandchild, Tandon Ponder; former wife Wanda Peace of Williamsburg, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Born in San Francisco, CA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Prewitt, M.D. and Madge Jones Prewitt.
Cathy was Baptist by faith. She had taught for 25 years at both Corbin High School and Corbin Middle School.

He was born on August 6, 1934 in Williamsburg, to the late Ancil and Grace Hill.
He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. Ancil was employed as a Mobile Equipment Mechanic at US Steel, and retired in 1987. After his retirement, he worked as a truckdriver for Howell Tractor for over ten years.

She was born March 3, 1952, in Williamsburg, the daughter of the late Arville and Maudie (Perkins) Parker.
