Cecil Lee Stepp, age 61, of Madison Street, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin.
He was the father of Natasha Stepp Luers and husband, Nick of Corbin, Kentucky and Daniel Stepp of London, Kentucky. He was the grandfather of Anthony Luers of Corbin, Kentucky and Blakelyn Stepp of Barbourville, Kentucky. He was the brother of Eugene Stepp and wife, Jeanne of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Phyllis Mason and husband, Larry of East Bernstadt, Kentucky. He was also blessed with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion B. and Mary F. Hammons Stepp; two sisters, Deloris Waters and Debra Jamison; and by one brother, Marion “Johnny” Stepp.
He was of the Baptist faith and a self-employed construction worker.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 28 from 12 pm until the funeral hour at 2 pm in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Horse Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Stepp, Anthony Luers, Nick Luers, Eugene Stepp, David Madden and Chester Guiher IV; honorary pallbearers are Chester Guiher III and Jonathon Taylor.
