Corbin Arena budget shrinks by nearly $1 million; Corbin police, parks and recreation see funding cuts for second straight year

The Corbin Arena budget is about $1 million less this fiscal year than it was last fiscal year, and the City of Corbin’s police department and parks and recreation department are seeing reduced funding for the second consecutive year.
