Flora “Sissy” Long

Flora “Sissy” Long, age 79, of Pioneer, TN passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at her home.
She was born February 4, 1943, in Newcomb, TN.
Flora is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Long; father, Andrew “Tib” Baird; and mother, Opal (Douglas) Baird.
She is survived by daughters, Michele Lay and husband Gilbert, Annette Rigney and husband Buck, and Jill Long; grandchildren, Aaron Lay, Josh Lay and Leann Williams; great-grandchildren, H. Jackson Lay, and Nevaeh Lay; and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Friday, August 5, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold “Pete” Norman and Rev. Jacob Cochran officiating.
Burial was Saturday, August 6, in the Baird Cemetery, Elk Fork, Pioneer, TN.
