Hubert Dwayne Elliott

Hubert Dwayne Elliott, age 61, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Baptist Health Corbin.
He was born May 29, 1963 in Williamsburg, KY, to the late Hubert Elliott and Sylvie Sue Rickett Elliott.
Along with his father he was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Hamlin Elliott.
Dwayne was a kind man and a loving son. He loved to spend time with family and friends. He would help anyone anyway he could at any time. He genuinely loved to help people. He was a very good worker.
He took pride in helping take care of Rocksprings Cemetery by leveling headstones and making sure graves were maintained. He would sow, straw, and level graves that needed work. He also enjoyed fishing and gardening whenever he could. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by two step-daughters, Bonnie Coombs of Toledo, OH, and Angie Sullivan of Nevisdale, KY; seven grandchildren, Ashley Sullivan Medley (Anthony), Anthony Sullivan, Megan Sullivan (Chad Taylor), Randy Sullivan, Joseph Coombs, Marty Coombs Jr., and Raegan Coombs; seven great-grandchildren; mother, Sylvia Elliott of Williamsburg, KY; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends and relatives to mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 26, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Croley officiating.
Interment will be in Rocksprings Cemetery.
Visitation will be 12:00 PM until the funeral hour Tuesday, November 26, at the funeral home.
