I-75 lane closures set for Tuesday, Feb. 21, in Whitley County

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic to one lane on Interstate 75 at mile point 27.9 (southbound), and mile point 14.5 (northbound) in Whitley County on Tuesday, Feb. 21.

The work schedule is listed below:

  • On Tuesday, Feb. 21, southbound traffic at mile point 27.9 in Whitley County will be reduced to one lane (right lane will be closed) at 8 a.m. and conclude at 10 a.m.
  • On Tuesday, Feb. 21, northbound traffic at mile point 14.5 in Whitley County will be reduced to one lane (right lane will be closed) at 11 a.m. and conclude at 3 p.m.

Motorists are advised to use caution during this period and be aware of signage, road crews and other drivers. The work is dependent on weather conditions.
