Judy Younce Rose, 64, of Corbin went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 5, 2018, at her residence.
Born June 15, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Arrie Younce of Cowan, KY.
Judy loved and cared for others, especially her two sons, always describing them as her best accomplishments. She had a contagious smile and laugh; indeed, to know her was to love her. Undeniably talented, Judy loved music and played several instruments. She especially enjoyed singing, which she began at an early age.
In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Younce, and two sisters: Patricia Ison and Shelia Hogan.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 39 years, Danny Ray Rose, Sr.; two sons: Danny Ray Rose, Jr., and Jordan Thomas Rose, both of Lexington; and a sister, Glenda (Mickey) Helton of Cowan, KY, along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hart Funeral Home is assisting the family.
