Knox deputies investigating armed robbery at Gray convenience store

Knox County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store in Gray Monday morning.

Deputies were called to A&B Quick Stop on U.S. 25E in Gray at approximately 3:30 a.m.

Deputy William Stewart, the department’s Public Affairs Officer, said a lone male subject came into the store, pointed a gun at the cashier, and made off on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’8”, and wearing a partial face mask and red and black hooded sweatshirt.

The suspect was last seen making his way across U.S. 25E.
