Mary Parrott

Mary Parrott, age 91, of Jellico, TN, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022 at her home.
She was born February 19, 1931 in Whitley County, KY to the late Finley and Judah Faulkner Siler.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Parrott; two children, Johnnie Parrott, and Michael Parrott; and several brothers, and sisters.
She is survived by two children, Linda Sue Parrott of Aberdeen, OH, and Annette Davis (Douglas) of Jellico, TN; three grandchildren, Cammy Sue Applegate (Lori) of Aberdeen, OH, Charlie Woods, Jr. of KY, and Mary Elizabeth Johnson (Donald) of Jellico, TN; seven great-grandchildren, Heather Lynn Carpenter, Bruce “Bubba” Carpenter, Dalton Applegate, Benjamin Michael Woods, Layla Elizabeth Johnson, Luna Taylor Johnson, and Riley Woods; many great great-grandchildren; one sister, Irene Sturgeon of Cincinnati, OH; one brother, Bill Siler (Betty) of Williamsburg, KY; and several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 9, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Lambdin and Rev. Ronnie Jeffers officiating. Interment will be in Siler Cemetery.
Visitation will be at 12:00 PM until the funeral hour Wednesday, March 9, at the funeral home.
