Multimillion judgment sought in medical malpractice case

A multimillion dollar judgment is being sought in a medical malpractice case currently being tried in Whitley Circuit Court.

The trial started on Feb. 13 and attorneys for the guardian of Kali Crusenberry rested their case Monday.

Attorneys for Baptist Healthcare System Inc., doing business as Baptist Health Corbin, and Dr. Subhose Bathina are expected to complete their defense towards the end of the week.
